Cancellation Policy
1. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
2. Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost. This charge is non-refundable.
3. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice will also be subject to the 50% charge.
4.If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, I reserve the right to consider it a no-show and may require rescheduling.
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will do our best to accommodate such situations.
